Conference facilities were required for two days for 36 delegates each day at the company’s annual logistics away days. On site accommodation for five event organisers and senior managers, local accommodation for each delegate, an evening barbecue buffet for all attendees at Mythe Barn and coach transport between the local hotel and our facilities were also required.
Each element of the event ran smoothly and within the timetable. The event team at Office Depot received excellent feedback from their delegates and declared the event a great success. Office Depot confirmed the booking of their second and slightly larger event with Mythe Barn before departing.
