We are delighted to announce that all staff employed by Garlands Leisure Ltd are already being paid at, or above, the ‘National Living Wage’, and the vast majority have been for quite some time. The new compulsory ‘National Living Wage’ announced by the government in July 2015 will come into effect as of April 2016, but we are way ahead of the game.
The range of staff employed at Garlands include Event Co-ordinators, Office Administrators, Activity Managers, Event Marshals and Groundsmen to name a few. We know that people are the most important thing in bringing events alive. We are proud to be rewarding our staff for their efforts and their dedication shines through as a result.
