The Institute of Retail Management approached Garlands Corporate to hold their team building day at Mythe Farm. With delegates coming from across the country, we were ideally placed for designing and delivering their day.
The team wanted to spend time together, to get to know each other better out of the working environment with an emphasis on team building and bonding, whilst having fun. The Soap Box Cart Race was set up as a business simulation designed to challenge teams and encompass project management skills, creativity and collaboration.
