Conference Break Activity – Monster Truck Mayhem

Our client required a venue for a two day conference and meeting with a team conference break activity forming a major part of the first day.
The purpose of the conference break  activity was to have fun, be engaging whilst focus on collaboration and working together!
Combining the Monster Truck race with a series of ‘enabling’ tasks, this allowed us flexibility in what these tasks entailed to match the abilities within the teams. Mixing cerebral and physical tasks, teams were put under pressure to successfully enter their truck into the race and find precious time to practice racing them!
