Conference Break Activity – Plan Bee

Event Background
The client required a conference break activity for 40 delegates that included an element of team building and having fun!
They opted for the Plan Bee challenge, working in six teams they had to increase the population of bees in their hive by completing various exercises that mirrored different aspects of a bees life; foraging, housekeeping and securing resources.
These challenges included a mix of cerebral and physical exercises that focused on specific team skills, such as communication, leadership, teamwork and problem solving. They needed to draw on the strengths within the team to succeed and be the final drone that secured the future of the hive.
