MDP Launch – Next

Client Brief
Spanning over the following twelve months, Next have developed a cutting edge Management Development Programme for their store managers. The comprehensive programme included objectives that focused on developing true leaders and doing things differently, requiring a thought provoking launch to the programme that would set the scene.
Collaborating with Garlands Corporate provided Next with creative ideas for the content of the programme sessions and the facilitation of the launch.
Our approach was to create a launch day that would push all boundaries for attendees; physical, mental and emotional. This would set the scene and expectations for the sessions that would follow, thus shifting the mind sets of the delegates to becoming their leaders in the delivery of excellence.
